At Kit Bag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kit Bag account and select the order you wish to return to generate your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
